Lead your young learners to mindful practices and mindful choices.
Pathways to Empower is a mental health literacy curriculum for elementary students. The program is built on an understanding of neuroscience combined with simple, real-life applications that are unique, impactful, and engaging for students. The curriculum’s core surrounds the Resilient Mindset Model, an approach that proactively helps students build healthy and resilient brain pathways. Their response to challenges is guided through the four S framework: self, situation, supports and strategies.
Each grade-level workbook includes 8-12 lesson plans of varying lengths that build towards a main grade-level focus, with detailed instructions and procedures for teachers. The information builds sequentially from K-5, so each grade-level workbook includes review lessons that cover critical information from previous years, allowing any grade to begin the program without missing a beat.
